Exhibitors and their contractors must comply with the Electricity at Work Regulations, the IEE Wiring Regulations, the EVA Electrical Regulations and the venue’s electrical regulations.
ALL sockets on stands will be UK style electrical outlets. Exhibitors requiring Swiss/European/US adaptors or step-down voltage converters must supply their own or order on this form.
If not indicated on the electrics & lighting position form grid, installations will be fitted at the electrician’s discretion.
Clients’ lights/tracks must be installed by the owner/agent. The connection of the fitting/track to the electrical supply will be made by the official contractor.
No allowance is made for maintenance to clients’ own electrical fittings during the event.
No responsibility can be accepted for exhibitors’ own electrical items.

Prices include hire of equipment for duration, transportation, insurance, installation and removal at close of show.
Orders for Internet connections MUST BE received by 3 September 2010 to guarantee availability.

The aisles only will be cleaned by the venue contractor on a daily basis. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to keep their stand in a clean and presentable condition throughout the event.
